Cameron Falloon, then 24, worked as Princess Diana's personal trainer for six months while he was only 24 years old. During that period, he claims to have learned a great deal about her and the things she loved most in life. He recently revealed to the Daily Mail Australia what she did to keep in shape — and the one thing she talked about the most.

Diana, according to Cameron, spent most of her time working out with him with the goal of becoming stronger. "She had a forward, rounded posture, so we worked on that a lot," he added, "but the major focus was always on keeping her strong and active." They accomplished this by emphasizing strength-training exercises such as deadlifts, squats, and sit-ups. Cameron clearly knew what he was doing based on all of those photographs of Diana in her biking shorts!

Although she always looked lovely in whatever she wore, it appears Diana prioritized feeling good overlooking good, and saw her time at the gym with Cameron as a "safe haven" from the rest of the world's gaze. "She'd come and practice with us in the early morning, away from the cameras and [paparazzi]," Cameron said.

Diana's death could have been caused by those probing eyes. The paparazzi are accused of being the cause of the automobile she was riding in with Dodi Al Fayed losing control and crashing during a trip to Paris in 1997.

We doubt anyone who knew her was surprised to find that she spent most of her time with Cameron talking about her two boys, Princes William and Harry. "She couldn't have talked more about them or loved them more than she did," he recounted.

Her boys apparently felt the same way because they still talk about her and attempt to live their lives in a way that would have made their mother pleased. Both William and Harry have grown up to follow in Diana's charitable footsteps, raising awareness for problems such as climate change and reducing the stigma associated with mental health issues.

Perhaps it's because Cameron and Diana spent so much time together, or because so much of their training time was spent talking about her children, but Cameron has a theory about how Diana would react to the schism between her children today.

"What I think she would be doing if she was here now is being a wonderful ear and a very excellent counsel for her children," he speculated, suggesting that relations between William and Harry would have been drastically different if she was living.

It's difficult to say with clarity what might have happened, but we believe Cameron is correct. If Diana were still alive, her boys would most likely not be at odds right now.

Most of what appears to be causing a schism between the two derive from how the royal family treated the boys in the aftermath of their mother's death, as well as their differing perspectives on how to proceed. We're still hoping that the brothers will be able to reconcile before too much damage is done to their relationship.
